leg lifts
lay on your bed with your hips on the edge and your feet on the floor, raise your legs slowly until they are level with your hips, hold them there for a count of five and then lower them slowly to a resting position with your feet on the floor again. Start with five repetitions every day for a week, then increase to ten for two weeks and so on.
