I'm a 22 yr old male and I'm always horny! When I get home from classes or work I'll start playing with it in my room/apartment, and if my roommate is home, I'll go in the bathroom or lock the door on my room. Is this normal?? My advice is to go find a girlfriend. You can get it whenever you want and it feels a lot better when your with someone else rather than yourself. Good luck!
