I don't know but I only have four. I don't usually enter denial at least that I can remember or have ever noticed in myself. I am vaguely remembering back to my psychology class stating not everyone has all five stages though.

Everyone grieves differently. There are common "stages" of grief (denial, bargaining, anger, guilt, acceptance, etc), but we don't all go through them all, or in any particular order, or for any particular length of time, or not occasionally slip back into a previous stage or mood. How we grieve is a product of many, many things, including our family's experience and attitude and traditions, our own life experience, our unique relationship to the one who has died, etc.
It's meaningless to compare one's grief with another's. The most intense grief that anyone can ever experience is his own.

It tells you nothing. The "five stages" hypothesis has very little scientific research to back it up, and there are other hypotheses with better research.
Everyone grieves in their own way.

You're comatose? Seriously, not everybody goes through all the stages, not even all in the same order or all of the "steps". Just work as best as you can, get help when you need it and may you find happiness.

Everyone's unique. I know that when I lost my grandmother, a couple of them stages went missing, and I'm not much more screwed-up than the next Joe.
