Absolutely! But remember not to eat too many because they do have a high fat content. It's actually good fat, but you still need to eat them in moderation. (Maybe 20 to 30 a day)

I would think that the olive itself would be a pretty good choice !?! Now if you get a container of OLIVES., that has in it!?! Get your money back !! I might be a`little wrong about it !?! But the jar of olives that I JUST looked at contains oil !!?!! "R"r.r`r,r'r.r`r,'.->
