It it normal for all scratches to turn to scars when they heal?

It seems that I scar very easily. Everytime I get a scratch and blood can be seen, even the type of scrathes that don't require bandaids, it heals as a scar. Is this normal?

yeaaaa... i got a few scratches on my legs and arms, theyre already healed but still, the part where the scratches were appear to be shiny and ive had them before, use a loofah sponge!!!

yes. most of the time they probably will. unless the scratches arent that bad
