It happens to me too. It's because PB sandwiches are so dry and thick, even when washed down with milk. I've found the best way to prevent it is to take smaller bites. It's not an allergy, that would show up in other ways, like a rash or inability to breathe.

Peanut butter is sticky, meaning it can easily get stuckk in the esophagus, This would cause milk to urt for a moment, Just eat smaller bite.

Something with amino acids in your stomach. The peanut butter is also sticky so that could be something with it.
EAT it SLOW. Take seconds before you eat.
It should work.

Ha I've had that happen to me. I think b/c it's sooooooooo thick. Also, peanut butter should be eaten at a minimum. Did you have a lot?

try to eat a fruit when you get home instead of other stuff that is easier. Also try to listen to your body more, if you feel full stop eating. Also try drinking water instead if that doesn't work try putting flavoring in it. Eating slower is also really beneficial. Good luck!

It sounds like an allergic reaction dude, if you don't get it beforre you eat them , I suggest you stop eating them, otherwise it could make you seriously ill, if you are allergic, especially to peanuts !!! :)

Take smaller bites and swallow smaller chunks.
That works for me.
The large chunks of food are getting stuck in your esophogus and stretching your esophogeal sphincter muscles.

Try going to a doctor about your condition. It may be as others have stated or it may be more serious.
