Yes. The bleaching agent will cause overwhelming sensitivity and possible damage to the enamel layer.

Yes it is bad. :( Srry I know you want white teeth now but it takes time,unless yo go get em zapped at the dentist. Those strips contain pretty strong suff that eats away a little at your teeth, usually it takes just the stains off, but it does do a little damage to your teeth making them more porous. Tip- buy some ACT mouth rinse to help fill in the porous areas. If you notice your teeth sensitive to hot , cold or sweet then that is proof that it is too strong for your teeth. Call up your dentist and ask their advise, they are the pro's and will tell it like it is. Be true to your teeth and they won't be false to you (har har, that was pretty bad sorry), take your time with the strips and if you are not happy ask the dentist what else you can try.

it can be, depending on your teeth. some people i know use it 3 times, and others can only use it once. So, it depends on your teeth.
