I get enough sleep and drink water and workout 3 5 days a week. what else can I do? I am a very hard working single mom with no help from anyone. I sometime think it is just plain old fashion exhaustion. Any solid advice ??

What does your diet look like? I would suggest eating several times a day.. maybe even as much as 6 times a day (3 meals and 1-3 snacks). I have found through my research on the subject of diet and exercise, that after the first hunger pang the longer you go without eating the worse you can feel. Your metabolism slows down. This might cause you to feel exhausted. It's a good idea to eat BEFORE you feel hungry so you can combat the metabolic slow down.

And of course you have to eat the right foods. Don't be afraid of complex carbohydrates. Fiber is your friend! lol
The body converts carbs into glucose for energy, so more complex carbs (esp whole grains) = more energy.

Just because you think you sleep good doesn't mean that you don't have sleep problems. A lot of people have sleep apnea (and not just overweight people) and don't even know it. Plus being a single mom in itself is exhausting but women also tend to be susceptible to Armenia (low iron) which taking vitamins daily may not even help with that. Sometimes our body won't absorb certain types of iron. Plus there are a multitude of other health related problems that will cause exhaustion. You should get a very thorough exam and blood work from your doctor.

Doing it all alone is never easy. however, I would suggest looking into a sleep study, obstructive sleep apnea is not something you would be aware of, but it robs you of restful sleep and can leave you exhausted after what you thought was a full night's sleep.
