Spanish would be the more logical choice as it is the second most widely used language in the world. Although Arabic would be more of a challenge. The simple answer is to think about your reasons for learning the language...is it purely for getting 2 years of language study under your belt, a necessity for college if I am not mistaken? Because if so, it doesn't really matter, although if you are bright, and I suspect you are, you will look further ahead than college and choose a language that would be beneficial to you in the future.
