Yep. I use the pure vitamin E oil from walgreens. I take a q-tip and then put it on my face with the q-tip since I have a high count I.U. -- the higher the I.U .. the thicker the oil. I have 56,000 I think or 59,000 I.U Oil. Either or, I like using the q-tip so you can control how much goes on your face.
Just make sure to put JUST ENOUGH on to coat your face in a thin layer. Put some on your face w/ a cotton ball or q-tip and pat it around the areas of your face where you have scars/dryness or just your whole face. You dont want to make it thick. And you can sleep with it. I put it on before I go to bed and then just wash my face in the morning.
I break out very easily, and it does not break me out. I use it for the acne scars I have and they have lightened ALOT, and it also has made my face more youngerish looking and more moisturized. I love it.
You can also buy them in pill form and just prick it open.
Hope that helps!

You can, but it is an oil and even though it is good for your skin it can break you out. How about taking it in pill form? That way you get the effects of it, just not the oil directly on your skin. Also try Biotin, it is a B-vitamin, that is great for hair, skin, nails, and your immune system.

It all depends upon your skin type. I would never put it on my face even though I am well over thirty. I should not hurt but could case blemishes. I have seen its suspose to be good to prevent wrinkles around the eyes. But be careful not to get into the eye. What is your goal with the vit e?? Check Web Md. And there are lots of other med web sites put in the reason and maybe it would be a better reasorce as to what you need to prevent or fix what it is your trying to accomplish..

Yes. I had some clear vitamin E pills and wasn't using them, so I cut them open and used them around my eyes and lips. Never broke out.

i tried that and i broke out with it, but you can try vitamin k lotion and it works but takes a little while to see results if you have blotchy or scars from acne marks. i use it for my face because it is so dry at times

I'd put in something specific (lips, or a cut)
otherwise it's pretty thick to use so you could break out (never hurts to see) I take it in a capsule daily - and have suddenly noticed my skin is really glowing (as is my hair)!
