Will answer all of your questions for the most part, unfortunately worldwide an osteopath is not required to be uniformly tested to be a doctor like in the United States, although Im under the understanding England, France, and Germany are in the process of certifying and requiring education standards of the D.O. be equal to or greater then that of M.D. thus introducing this amazing form of medicine internationally! But we shall see.
