dizziness can be from the medi or it could be from ur anxiety you may want to get a workbook on anxiety where they teach you excercises to help calm you and i think your dizziness will decrease your deff not alone though tons of people have it good luck!!

My dad has had migraines and dizzy spells for years, sometimes he takes baby gravol because he finds it takes the edge off the dizziness without making him too sleepy. He blames the problem on an inner ear infection he got while fighting forest fires, he spent all summer in a helicopter scanning for fires and had a cold, the constant change in pressure aggravated his cold and led to the ear infection which has plagued him since.
About a year ago I read an article claiming that ginger is one of the best natural headache and nausea reliefs around. We just grated fresh ginger root and put into one of those tea diffusers, he's been drinking it every other day or so and has found that if prevents the dizziness better than any meds he has tried and without all the side effects. Give in a try, it's kinda spicy but it certainly couldn't hurt, ginger has lots of other great health benefits to, it's also cheap, a dollar's worth of ginger root will last you a week. It also works well with stomach upsets. I like to add a twist of lemon and some honey to sweeten it up and balance some of the bitterness. People can also nibble on candied ginger during travel to calm nausea.

.the only way to get better is through therapy and medication. there are great MDS on the market for anxiety. i know. i have been on librium for ten years. it is nothing to be ashamed of. mental health is just as precious to your life as physical health. why there are so many taboo stories about getting help that a person needs is not even sensible. if a person had a physical ailment, they would get help. yet if that same individual was suffering from a mental impairment, they would'' sweep it under the rug'', so to speak[try to make it go away.]this will not go away. it needs attention,now!!!take the semester off and get yourself treatment. you matter now. school matters, but you need to be able to function properly. you can get the help you deserve, so get it!!.i has to retire from work to get the help i needed. i''m better!!i''m Great at 56!!you can be great at any age.god bless.

Ok, every morning and night you need to sit at the edge of your bed and close your eyes and scrunch your toes then let go, scrunch your calves and then let go, scrunch your thighs and so on all the way up your body to your face and then back down while breathing out while letting go. This should only take you less then five minutes. Find what or who is making you have anxiety attacks and get rid of it. Keep a long of when you get an attack how long it takes and reason for the attack and what calmed you down. When you are getting one breath in threw your nose and out of your mouth while counting to three in your mind.

I am currently undergoing testing to discover the cause of my dizziness. They are really just ruling out things. The cardiologist yesterday did an EKG-normal and an echocardiogram-normal. She also sent me home on a 30-day even monitor. I suspect it will be normal. She says she thinks I have neurocardiogenic syncope or vasodepressor syncope (tendency for dizziness/fainting). She said it can be helped by increased fluid intake, increased salt intake, SSRI's (anti-anxieties/depression), and in severe cases beta-blockers.

I doubt the persistant dizzyness has much to do with your anxiety disorder. The cervical spondylosis could have that effect as it compresses the spinal cord, or you could have an inner ear problem....such persistances needs to be looked at in other avenues, see an ENT specialist.
