The priority would be the patient already undergoing surgery.
A code blue would be called to assist the surgical team in CPR or " bagging" the Doctor.
Essential personnel would continue surgery on the patient if surgery has already begun.

they would call an emergency team to the operating room and continue the surgery, the patient already on the table has priority.

If the doctor died, then they would have no reason to work on him. What could they do if he was already dead? They'd work on the still-alive patient who they could help.
