Wow, this is the first time I have heard this argument presented this way!!
Very unique and very clever, I like your perspective!!
The sad part is too many people out there don't believe a fetus is "living" therefore they believe it isn't intitled to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness that "people" are entitled to.
Thank you for this different perspective!!

if your mother had an abortion you wouldnt know what was going on...meaning not having any bills, not knowing what famish meant even if youa re not going through it, now knowing what abuse is and i can go on. no it wouldnt make abortion unconstitutional because a to deprive one of the right to life is saying that that person has life to begin and since Justice O'Connor said that the featus will be called featus for the simple fact that if it's called an unborn child that will include that life starts at conception which will implements relegious belife and the Supreme Court has to be neutral.

I know what you're saying buut...
Do you remember being fetus?
Would you, when you were a fetus, know what life you wouldn't have if you were killed as a fetus.
But yes, abortion is bad. Or good in some cases, it goes both ways, really. It's bad because it kills lives, but good if that person is bound to have a shitty life anyway. Would it be humane to abort AIDS babies in Africa before they were born to save them a life of hardship and an early death? Think about it.
But yes, abortion is bad.
(I know I sound inconsistent, and thats because I am)

Er....."life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness"? That would be the Declaration of Independence not the Constitution.
I can't really see the Supreme Court going for it if you don't even get the reference right!

...Hey, Big Super. Did you see the recent Supreme Court decision? Partial-birth abortion isn't legal, and states are taking measures to further restrict abortion.
...Human rights giants (well I guess it's for those who are already born only), like Hillary Clinton, are furious. Their "right", found in some unknown spot in the US Constitution, has been taken away, paving the way for them to act somewhat more civilized.

The problem with this bill is that it has to be all or nothing.
You can't say that only women of rape and medical conditions can end a pregnancy.
And to say that a woman who was raped, or a woman who may die from this pregnancy can't have an abortion is wrong.
It is a catch 22.
What to do.
But in terms of future fetuses what is your thoughts on birth control?
And I do believe that this is a question that needs to be delt with by women. After all it is our bodies.

You have said it, and I agree with you, except that life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are in the Declaration of Independence, not the Constitution.

You were also a former sperm, so just remember that next time you jack off you are depriving some sperm the right to life...it's much the same argument and it's also nonsense, I mean jacking off would be unconstitutional by your criteria...what do you suggest... incarceration?

Although you are speaking as a former fetus, couldn't you also speak as a future corpse? In that case it wouldn't matter one way or the other whether or not your mother opted for an abortion.
Also, by failing to include pertinent data you're creating a false argument. Most importantly, your mother *wanted* to carry you to term.

If I want to have sex with a woman and she refuses, hasn't she in effect murdered a "potential" life? Therefore can we not take that case along with yours to the Supreme Court?
