I think it depends on what I eat, and how much. And I get full fast too, I have a small tummy. If I eat rice and chicken and salad yes I will be hungry 3 hours later. If I eat breakfast at shoneys, I can feel like im stuffed all day. I hate being hungry all the time its soo annoying. Do i have high metabolism?? what does having high metab. mean, that you body is breaking down your carbs faster or something?? And im hypoglycemic so I alays need to eat even tho it gets annoying. I just got finished with lunch at 12:40 and its 3:48 and im hungry.

Be thankful that you have the metabolism you have. Nutrition and diet experts agree that the best eating plan is eating five or six smaller meals or snacks per day as opposed to eating three square meals a day (or one huge meal a day). Eating more often keeps your metabolism running high, but if you eat too much at one sitting your body stores the calories you don't need right away as fat. So don't worry -- stick with your current eating plan and you'll maintain a normal weight forever as long as you don't overeat (and it doesn't sound like you do -- good on you for that).

Seems to me normal. Most of us have to get hungry otherwise we would not eat at all. I can have a BIG meal and not eat anything the following day until 24 hours are up then I get hungry! It all depends on the exercise level, if you exercise you are burning up the calories, food, if you do not exercise, then the need for fuel, food is void. Try and get into a nice routine, exercise, eat and exercise. We all live hectic lives, so might have a snack and go back to desk job or study. Try and get at least 20 mins exercise a day and see if your food intake levels out.

Unless you're Paris Hilton then you can't have high metabolism.

In her book "Confessions of a Heiress" she described her method of diet which is called Paris Diet.
She lightheartedly describing the "Paris Diet" as eating as much chocolate as you can, eating popcorn at night, and never take diet pills.

On some ocassions, instead of telling a diet secret tips or recipes, she told a story that she stays slim simply because her metabolism is good.

I actually have a 5 month previous and he or she deffinetly doesnt consume each 2 hours yet each infant is distinctive. have you ever tried her on jar infant food and then supply her a bottle? They sell infant food feeder(seems kinda like a bottle yet on the infant sucks it pulls the food in direction of the nipple) in case you arent tender givinig her a spoon yet. My 5 month previous is on degree 2 good now. in line with risk she isnt hungry yet she likes the sucking for convenience. if so a pacifier would be large. I dont like them nor use them yet whats up it would desire to be the restoration. attempt talking to her pediatrician lower back. If he/she is any sturdy they shoudl have large innovations for this.

It sounds like more of a problem with your blood sugar levels than your metabloism to me. When your blood sugar is low, you need to eat something to raise it back up, even if it seems like you just ate.
