You are supposed to lie flat for six hours after a spinal tap. If not you will develop a 'spinal headache'. Now that you already have one: drink lots of fluids, rest as much as possible, eat whatever stays down. If it's still not better tomorrow, call your doc. [ They may be able to do a procedure called a 'blood patch' in the hospital. ]
You are lucky it's only slight!

A spinal tap headache is very severe. Your spinal fluid circulates to and around your brain and provides buoyancy. If you don't have enough spinal fluid, your brain can sag. The resulting pain can be excruciating. That's why doctors and nurses should always instruct their patients to lie flat for several hours after the procedure. Otherwise, cerebrospinal fluid can leak from the site of the lumbar puncture. When a person has this problem, most of the time it will resolve on its own, but what's called a blood patch can be done if needed. This is when a patient's own blood is inserted into the spinal column to restore the correct amount of circulating fluid in the spinal column.
You describe your headache as "slight," so if it is from the spinal tap, I wouldn't think it is something to worry about, as your spinal fluid will regenerate. Of course, if you are truly concerned, you should contact your doctor.
May I ask why you had the spinal tap done, and why you are taking Klonopin?

Why did you require a spinal tap???? Was it due to a severe headache to start with?
YOu are describing your headache as slight, this would not indicate a spinal headache.
Who were you instructed to follow up with after your ER visit? THis is the person you should be attempting to contact.
Klonopin is a benzo, this will relax you, make you less anxious, it can even be used to treat vertigo. It is not used directly for fast heart rate.
make sure that you are taking in enough fluids. Fast heart rate and MILD headache can be signs/symptoms of mild dehydration.

The spinaltap - or lumbar puncture is done to investigate varoius problems but thay only take a very small amount of fluid. After the procedure you should have laid down for 1 hour to prevent a headache. Afterwards you should have drank plenty fluids. You should take REGULAR analgesia to prevent headaches. The results of your test should have been sent to your home doctor so you should try there rather than the ER doctor. Hope this is helpful?

The headache is more that likely a leak of the spinal fluid. they can do a simple procedure called a blood patch, where they inject your blood at the site and it clots and seals the puncture. good luck, hope you get to feeling better.
