depends on her sex drive duh.if she is active than mayb like i woud say 3-5 times a week? i dont know depends on her communicate with her!!!duh!!!

by the way make sure she doesnt have arthridis if not she is going to break a bone

I'm 67 and I agree with your oly answer. It depends on the women. It could be from every night to once a month. Ask Her? She will tell you.
