I wouldn't recommend trying to use the same 4-channel amp to run subwoofers and front/rear speakers at the same time. It can be done with many amps; it's called tri-mode. However, it requires that the amp sends a full-range sound instead of just producing bass. That means you'd have to use separate passive crossovers to keep the high frequencies from playing through your subwoofers. Also, you wouldn't be able to make the subwoofers louder or softer in relation to the front/rear speakers.

If you still want to do it, check your amplifier's installation manual for tri-mode wiring diagrams.

You'd be much better off buying a separate mono amp to run your subs, and using the 4-channel amp for just the front/rear speakers.

Edit: Javin is correct, below; I assumed your 4-channel amp was in bridged mode for the two subs. You can run the front and rear speakers in together in parallel, to two of the amp channels, and use the two other channels for the subs; but you'll lose the ability to fade between front and rear, and you won't be able to bridge the amp to the two subs.

As long as the door speakers don't go below 4Ohms apiece, you can hook the left two to the front left channel on the amp and the right two to the right front channel on the amp. You then just hook the left sub up to the left rear amp channel and the right sub to the right rear amp channel. Make sure the front channel have the HighPass (H/P) filter on and the rears have the LowPass (L/P) filter.
Adjust gains correctly.

Good Luck!
