That takes more writing and time than I have for such a short space here... www.buddhanet.net if you're so inclined. It's simple, but yet logical and can be difficult if you're not able to wrap your mind around it, so you have to study it at your own pace and ability.

The reality of the world around us according to Buddhism is that every thing is changing, there is nothing which is permanent.
Everything we grab with desire in this world will lead us to sorrow and sadness.
We have to understand Nirvana for cessation of Sorrow.

That's not a question that can easily be answered. The reality we see is filtered through our senses and experiences - these alter what we interpret reality to be.
Until you can start to see reality without the judgements we normally filter things thru, then it's something that can't be related. It's like describing a sunset to someone that's been blind from birth.
It's only something that can be understood after a lot of introspective meditation - it can be taught to you or learned from someone else.

Talking about it is talking about it, it isn't IT.
Don't talk - look! Don't think, don't conceptualise, Look!
What at? What is right in front of you!
Right now, what is in front of you is the absolute truth of Buddhism. Look!
