I'm working with a girl that I really am attacted to but she has a boyfriend.
How should I go about coping with this situation?

Just do the job you are getting paid to do and leave her strictly alone.
She evidently has no interest in you and is happy dating the guy she is with. There are rather strict laws concerning sexual harassment in the work place and most companies, rather than get involved in a complaint will fire the individual someone complains about. That in this case would be you.
It may also go on your personnel record in case someone asks for references.
