No, Jesus is and you got that verse completely wrong.
The correct Isaiah 48:17 is:
Thus saith the LORD, thy REDEEMER, the Holy One of Israel; "I am the LORD THY GOD which teaches you to profit, the One who leads you in the path that you must walk.

I don't know what Bible you're reading but, it ain't normal.
