The Divine Mercy, is Jesus but the time he died...he appeared to St Faustine to tell ehr that when he died at 3 that's when his Mercy was given to the world. He told her that anyone who prayers to him during the divine time, whatever you ask will be given to you just as long as it goes according to what God has planned for you...I hope i explained it well.

Does watching Dr. Phil count for anything? I do my 'praying' in the morning, every morning, and sometimes again at night depending on circumstances.

In my faith, we pour a libation on the ground as an offering. It's called a "blót" and I do it every morning, usually with a bottle of beer. (No, we don't drink during a blót. We drink during a "sumbel")
