ok if im like listening to music can i just sorta run around my room over and over again and still like lose weight ???

uh... you wont get as good results but its cardio so itll do something. i suggest running outside, you will go for longer and have better results.

It can get your heartrate up, but maybe start to run up and down the stairs. Add in jumpking jacks whenever you get to the top or bottom of the stairs. Also, if you have a jumping rope go fast for 30 seconds, then switch to different exercises. Make it harder and more coplex, in order to get results faster!
But remember, you can't do this once and expect to lose weight, repetition and continuing working out is the only way to reach resluts!

OR..... You could put that music into an mp3 player and run outside for 30 minutes.

It won't be as effective as actually running outside, why don't you try doing an aerobic video?
