Here's an easy and simple way to gradually whiten your teeth.
Steps
First take two small pieces of foil and fold them so they will fit the size of your teeth.
Take the first piece and make a mold around the top set of teeth.
Take that out and do the same to the second piece on the lower set of teeth
Now have the molds ready and squirt the toothpaste into both molds and spread it out with a q-tip or your finger
Next take some baking soda and sprinkle it over the mixture.
Now pop the molds into your mouth and keep them in there for 5-10 minutes
Tips
Try using a white toothpaste as it is more guaranteed to whiten faster
Warnings
Don't keep the molds in your mouth for more than 30 minutes
Don't use citrus toothpaste as citrus weakens the enamel of your teeth
Things You'll Need
Foil
Baking Soda
Toothpaste

You can use crest whitening strips They usually take about 2-wks to a month to see a difference, but it varies from different people. Or you can go get them permanetly whitened at Bright white that's where I went and see see results like after there done with whitening you teeth of course you have to maintain the whiteness with the bright white products (toothpaste, mouthwash, brightening pen etc.) they sell, But the results are life long and great! Hope this somewhat helps.

Crest whitestrips are supposed to be good. There are other products wherever toothpaste is sold. I haven't tried any of them, so I don't know if they live up to their advertising. If saving money is why you don't want to go to the dentist, I'll let you in on a little secret -- the products I've mentioned are not cheap, but probably won't be as much as a dental appointment. Also, they may not work as well. The choice is up to you.

Use baking soda... its much better and healthier than the products you see in commercials every day. And it works faster.
Put a little bit of baking soda instead of toothpaste and brush away :D
2-3 nights in a row should do the trick... just don't overdo it.
Good luck.

Are you asking if there is a way to whiten your teeth? Sure, use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and brush. It not only whitens your teeth but cleans them and your gums.

Not many people like this idea, but you can bleach them if you really want your teeth to be whitenned. Or you can buy Crest whitenning stripes in the store.
