Hi all Im a 23yr old male. I recently discovered a rash under my armpits there are red pimples and some pimples that are bigger and white kinda look like they gonna pop. About 8 in total. A few outlines of where some were. I don't shave my armpits and i havent switched deodorants..any idea what it could be?

could be heat, sweat, clogged pours, etc...
Also, it could be your deodorant. If you are using a deodorant that is also an antipersparant, switch one that is only a deororant.

It sounds like a heat rash but maybe you should just call your physician because you don't want to try home remedies and irritate your skin more than what it is now.

You may be allergic to the deodorants, see if you can use something milder.

since you haven't changed deoderant ... what about laundry detergent?? or cologne ?? or baby powder ?? ((The baby powder may help the situation - to help keep those "more personal" areas free of moisture.))
