Depending on how close you are with your dad, jokingly ask if the two of you could sit down and create a schedule on when he expects to be pleasuring himself in the living room.
Offer to buy a drop sheet, ya know, so company doesn't any after effects.
it's a perfectly normal thing to do, but best done in private, or with a webcam that you are getting paid for it. (mostly for the moms though)

Holy S.hit! That must have been weird! I don't think there is anything you can do. Just don't bring it up, that will make it worse. Just act as if nothing has happened and eventually things will get back to normal. And if you guys do need to talk, he should be the one to sit you down and bring it up, he's the parent. Gosh, I'm tramatized and it's not even MY dad. Sorry you had to witness that...gosh.

ask him for some pointers on how to do it right. I'm sure he has lots of experience he can give you many tips on technique.
