the whole right side speakers of my 1995 pontiac sunfire wont work...do u think a wire isnt connected right?...it was playing alittle bit but was really staticy...or did the person before me blow the whole right side out?

the girl before me put new speakers in...i dont think just the whole right side would blow out...how do i check for loose wires?...do i have to take the door panel off?

If the speakers aren't original, then the most likely explanation is that they weren't connected very well and the connections have come loose. You'd have to remove the door panel to inspect the front speaker, but you can see the connections at the rear speaker by looking in the trunk.

Most likely a loose wire. Under the dash behind the radio.
Unless someone else tried to wire in new speakers then maybe the new wiring is loose or shorting. Only way to know is find someone with a meter that can check it out.
If you do have a wire thats coming loose and you keep playing it there is a good change you'll blow your radio. so hold off until you get it checked.

yes take the door panels off and check to see if all the wires running from the speakers to the stereo are connected and are connected right.

sounds like a blown speaker, take it to a good car stereo place and they can tell you by listening to it.
