You have several choices. You can leave him, see a marriage consular and start over, or let it go and hope he straightens out.
If you let him know and leave him that will be the end of the story. More then likely if you stay with him, he'll eventually do it again knowing your not going to do anything serious. He won't straighten out on his own, they never do, men or women.
To "get even" is childish and only compounds the problem. Are there children present? how long have you been married.
Getting even, "in a Kinky way" doesn't solve anything. Either forgive and try and forget or see a consular, get to the bottom of the problem, you might be surprised.

Impossible to punish him in a kinky way. We would already break up with him and move on with our life. That kind of guy is not worth our time.

personally I would just leave his *** and not look back.
But you want kinky. So here you go.
Go over to his place, wear the sexiest thing you own. Start doing a strip tease. Get him all worked up. Then lead him to bedroom. Lay him on the bed. Handcuff him to the bed. then blind fold him. cover him in whip cream. Whisper in his ear that you will be right back. Leave his place wait two hours then call one of his buddies to go rescue him. Then never look back.

First I would take all of his clothing then get some nice rope not too thick but definitely strong. Would take him out back and blindfold him wrap his genitals tightly with the rope toss the rope over a sturdy branch yanking on it while tossing bologna at him, and cursing the day he was born.
