Do you mean physical forces like friction? Your question is rather unintelligible. There are forces at work in the universe, did you not ask what force drives evolution? We correctly answered none as it isn't driven by any force but is merely how we describe the change and adaptation of life. The heat and radiation of the sun's rays can mutate DNA, coding errors, chemistry can all mutate DNA, there are intermolecular and intramolecular forces that cause the change but not a conscious driving force. Do be specific if you wish to make a point.

To my knowledge most atheists do not deny forces.
Gravity is a force. Their is a strong-nuclear force and a weak nuclear force. Consciousness is also force. Unified Field Theory can be seen as a force. Evolution can be seen as a force that moves from simple to more complex and intelligent organisms.
There are also destructive forces such as religious bigotry, intolerance and the suppression of knowledge.

There are 4 known forces
Gravitation, Electromagnetic, Weak Nuclear and Strong Nuclear.
When it gets really really hot, Above the unification energy of about 100 GeV, The Weak and Electromagnetic forces merge into a single electroweak force.

There are 4 fundamental "forces" described and measured by science. They are electromagnetic, gravity, and the "strong" and "weak" nuclear forces. You should Google them, or visit a physics for dummies website, and learn about them before asking stupid questions.
One of the "holy grails" of physics, is the idea that these are all connected in some way we haven't figured out. This is the so called "unified field theory" that Einstein spent the last half of his life trying to figure out, to unite quantum mechanics and general relativity. String theory is one potential idea, I won't describe that either, but you should read "The Elegant Universe" by Brian Greene. (It was also a special on PBS and there's a DVD out. And yes, I know it is really superstring or 'brane or M theory, but we are taking baby steps here.)
I suspect what you mean by "force" is not what science means. You should define your terms. If you think there are other forces, please show any evidence you have gathered. (note: "look around you" is not evidence. "I feel the power of God" is not evidence)

I'm sure that they meant there was no supernatural or intelligent "force" behind evolution (I assume that is the question to which you are referring?). Everybody knows that there are forces when one is discussing physics, etc., but the term takes on an entirely different meaning when it's 1.) In a religion board and 2.) connected to the phrase "behind evolution"

You're something of a nasty little trolling ****, aren't you?
You asked a stupid question about the 'force' controlling evolution, and several people made honest attempts to answer and gently correct you at the same time - and you respond by ridiculing those answers.
Here's a premise I suggest you adopt in future when asking question on subjects like 'force' and 'evolution' - try thinking "Jeezers, I'm ignorant! I dunno nuthin'"
It might help you establish a sensible relationship with reality.

There must be like, what, three or four?
All the rest of us know for sure there are forces at work in the universe. None of them paranormal, by the way.

There are forces: The electromagnetic force, the strong and weak nuclear forces and gravity. Those are all of the forces we know about.

Where are you coming up with THIS? Mutation is a natural process given the correct causes and conditions for it to arise, and so on... is today "mass generalizations" day?
