You need to be old enough to know that you are having one. But young enough not to admit it. I am 38 have purple hair and a Ford Mustang.. everything I wanted at 16. But I prefer to call it middlesence. It sounds so much more fun to be repeating adolescence than to be having a crisis.

If you die when you are 40 then your mid life crisis probably came in your 20s. It depends on when you choose to die. If you are going to die when you are 80, then your midlife crisis will come in your late 30s or early 40s.

I don't think a mid-life crisis will happen to me because I never had a life (yet)!

middle age is more a state of mind than a chronological age, but on average I'd say 50 for a mid life crisis.

As soon as you realize your life is not what you hoped and feel if you don't change it now, you may never get another chance (which is wacked, but if someone believes or thinks that, they are having a mid-life crisis)
