I have gain more fat during pregnancy especially belly and thight i want remove that fat. Tell me some low carb diet and excecise

If you watch Dancing with the Stars you might remember Tia Carrere from season 2. She started dancing 6 weeks after giving birth. By the time she was voted off she had virtually lost all her pregnancy weight plus more. That was 11 weeks of dancing. You might want to try that.

Walking is the best exercise you can do. Start out walking 20 to 30 minutes a day and work up from there until you are walking for an hour a day at a brisk pace.

Do some mild exercises and eat healthy and it shouldnt be too bad. After you have the baby start working back into a exercise program to get rid of the extra weight.

Get exercise every day. And after you have the baby, still keep exercising to get all that fat off and try to get your self back to the normal size you were once before.
