I have pressed a button by mistake and can not remember which one. All my desk top icons have gone to the top of the desktop window including the system tray. Can any one tell me how to get this back to normal. ie tray at the bottom and icons on the left thanks alot.

Just "grab" it with the mouse and drag it back to the bottom.

Right click an empty space on the taskbar that is in the wrong place and make sure there isnt a tick in lock the taskbar, then just hold the left mouse button in on and empty space on the taskbar and drag it to where you want to put it. To stop it moving by accident again right click it when you have dropped in in the new place and put a tick in lock the taskbar.

Try right-clicking your desktop, go in to your display properties, and click on the settings tab. Go into advanced and there should be an option in there to fix your screen settings.

Reset display after pause or resume

My icons go all over the place after coming out of Safe Mode. It's a pain - but just drag them back into place. As for the Taskbar, click on an empty spot then click-drag it down.

well you can drag your icons bak to the left side but i dont know about the system tray thing

Hi. I have been wondering how to get mine back to the bottom too,tried "Grubs" just drag it theory and it worked! Cheers.
