Okay, delicious and easy, but a little time consuming. First make a "ball" of ice cream (I prefer vanilla), then refreeze it. After it is hardened, roll it in crushed Frosted Flakes, mixed with cinammon/sugar. Refreeze that. Take 1 flat flour tortilla and either spread melted butter or spray butter flavor Pam on both sides. Fry in skillet for a couple minutes each side until it starts to get crisp. Be careful not to overcook. Sprinkle cinammon/sugar on this as well. Place ice cream "ball" covered with cereal coating in the center of the tortilla. Drizzle with either honey, strawberry topping, or chocolate topping, then use whipped cream (I like the aerosol kind for this). It is DELICIOUS!

Usually vanilla ice cream is coated in a mixture of crushed corn flakes, cinnamon, and sugar then fried. I have tried variations but I like the original best.
If you like fried ice cream try deep fried Snickers bars or Oreos. Just dunk them in thick beer batter and fry. Delicious

get an angel food cake and crush it up into crumbs in a bag, have a pan of oil hot and ready. Scoop a ball of french vanilla ice cream, place ball into bag and shake until coated with the crumbs. drop in oil unitl golden brown, (a few seconds is all you need). In a separate pan heat some rum to a boil, add a cup of raisins and mix (homemade rumraisin syrup), put some over the fried icecream and enjoy.
