I am in look out for a pump which can deliver about 500l/s of water at arouond 250 bar. Any body know any company capable of making such huge pumps?

I live in the states, so I had to convert liters and bar- but I think I found one that would work. these are portable fire pumps used in US fire trucks.

TYCO makes large pumps. You are talking about 21MGD. If you google municipal headend sewage pumps or flood control pumps you can get other vendors. To cover a variety of needs you might want to consider having several pumps (especially multispeed VFD-controlled ones) that total what your max is. That will result in electricity savings if the load varies through the day.
