What is your question? Are you asking what it means? Its one of the best allegories in the Bible.

Before you worry about taking the splinter (sin) from another's eye, get the log (sin) out of your own. Goes right along with...if you are without sin you throw the first stone.

It means mind your own behavior and do not be judging others.

Try a BETTER translation...

“You look at the bit of sawdust in your friend’s eye. But you pay no attention to the piece of wood in your own eye.

The kjv with its THOUSANDS of DELIBERATE MISTRANSLATIONS should NEVER be relied on by someone wishing to UNDERSTAND the scriptures.

WHAT IS YOUR QUESTION?

The concept Jesus was trying to get across comes down to "Why are you worried about dust in your friend's eye when you have a utility pole in your own eye?" = "Be sure you are observing correctly when you try to help someone else with a problem."

And it's a good verse.

A reminder that we should not accuse another of sin unless we are willing to accuse ourselves of that same sin.

It doesn't mean we can't say "that is wrong," it just means we can't be hypocritical and think the rule doesn't apply to us.
