With the recorder pen, the mike is small, the battery is low-power, and I bet the sampling rate is pretty low.

I don't know of a software that could filter out the real conversation without about the same amount of work as just re-dictating the conversation into a better device.

If you use the device often, consider getting a better digital recorder. You'll get much more satisfaction from it, and it will probably be cheaper than the sound editing software would cost ya.
