Take out of the equation the idea that Vampires are dead, have no soul, soul moved on etc. etc. and replace vampire with the simple notion of a human being. A belief in God doesn't get you into heaven, even the devil believes in God. As far as not doing bad things you would have to define what is meant by a bad thing. What would be considered bad that would keep anyone from getting into heaven? Or another way to put it is how good would a person have to be to get into heaven? Can a person be good enough to get into heaven? Are you a good person? most people, when faced with this question would probably say yes they are good, but I bet if you asked each person what it means to be good you will get varying answers from person to person. Even a person who has committed murder will tell you why they are good. Want to see if you are a good person? Then take the test http://www.livingwaters.com/good/

The Vampire mythos is, like most ancient folklore (and including the bible), an allegory: the creature and its habits are a metaphor for everything from greed (eternal life) and substance abuse (the unrelenting need for blood) to carnal "sin" (the ultimate slavery of the victim) and the dangers of "the night" (the unknown).
The Vampire has a powerful and attractive street cred in modern culture: portrayed in film and fiction and Emo rock as beautiful and invincible, always a sensual and skilled killer with a heavy dose of poetic self-hatred. This differs greatly from the first "accounts" of these creatures, when they were thought to be little more than walking corpses driven only by their blood lust (what we think of as "zombies" today, for example).
It wasn't until the late 1930's that Dracula, the most famous of all Vampires, picked-up a tuxedo and morphed (in the popular imagination) into a ladies man.
In the late 19th century, Bram Stoker used the dark history of Hungarian Prince Vlad (Tepes) Dracul’a (meaning Son of the Dragon) as an inspiration for his enduring "Count Dracula" character.
Dracul was a fierce defender of the Catholic faith and made his bones by exercising extreme battlefield cruelty against the invading, Islamic Turks (hence "Vlad the Impaler") and he even had a woodcut distributed---in one of the first historical instances of psychological warfare---that featured him drinking his enemy's blood.
Such novelists as Anne Rice and the music and fashion of Goth culture today support the Vampire mystique. In short, if anyone replies to this question by implying or claiming that they "are" a Vampire, they need to [1] grow up and [2] seek professional help.
I'm sorry to, as it were, puncture your fantasies. And if you in your youth refuse to believe the Vampire, the Werewolf and the Zombie are nothing more than the artifacts of our understandably nervous, Bronze Age ancestors, think of it this way:
Any creature whose immortality and strength is dependent upon a diet of human blood would have met with serious trouble---and likely extinction---ages ago.
If the Black Plague of the middle ages didn't do it, today's virulent, blood-born illnesses such as AIDS and Hepatitis-C would surely have wiped them out by the early 1990's.
And besides, between you and me? Human blood just doesn't taste good anymore (and hasn't for over 300 years).
I, for example, have turned to Budweiser and Gatorade.
And one doesn't need to worry about Hell when one's already there.

They really wouldn't be under the category of a vampire. They may have the looks of a vampire but they dont do their actions. So i say no:)

If you go by the traditional lore vampires can't go to heaven or hell since they have no soul, that is why they have no reflection in a mirror or shadow.

Vampires are fictitious beings. In the writings of vampires it is my understanding that they are unable to believe in God.

No. God accepts anybody who believes in Him and who has accepted Jesus' gift of salvation. Vampires are no different. The idea that they are evil is no different from steriotyping.
