What does it matter.
The law on RAPE states, in virtually every country, PENTRATION NO MATTER HOW SLIGHT CONSTITUTES THE ACT.
Is rape thrusting? Is it ejacuation? If the rapist wears a condom is it LESS of a crime?
Or is the mere TOUCH of the head of a penis enough.
That's what the LAW says constitutes it.
All a man has to do is rub it against a woman's sexual parts and it constitutes RAPE.
That's man's law.
Who is to say God's law is any different.

Adam (the first prophet) was forbidden to interact with a certain (family) tree. A lineage or tribe you may call it. Though they possessed some knowledge, which if acquired was considered to be of great potential. The reason they were asked to avoid was that they were arrogant and querrelsome and had no respect for others.

Hey Sage! That incident in the Garden of Eden was the fall of man into sin and you are living proof of that fall. Look at yourself and your darkened mind.
You can proudly say you have rejected God and if he exists you want him to reject you. Proclaim it on the roof tops and where ever you can.
One day you will wake up in Hell and there will be ample proof that God has also rejected you. Probably if you weren't being tortured by demonic beings you could rejoice that you have managed to separate yourself forever from God

They ate (assimilated or consumed knowledge) from the tree of knowledge of good and evil (Satan).
