If the cause is low potassium, they certainly do. You may also want to drink extra water, as dehydration can cause cramps as well.

yes i eat them allthe time before i run also jello helps me so i stay hidrated

they do alot actually, they help with my menstral cramps, and they supposably make your boobs grow
