The truth was obviously manipulated by Satan.
So- I'd rather believe what's written down in bronze age texts.

First of all, I am an agnostic. But, that said, I am amazed at this kind of question. You come out with 'truth arrived at logically'. And what is that truth? Give us the logical reasoning. This is just so many words from someone who cannot back them up.

I can say, 'God can be proved logically so why does that scare you?' If I go no further it is meaningless. To support this kind of statement YOU have to be able to prove the truth, whatever that may be, logically.

And what is the truth that is arrived at logically? I think everyone would like to know. If the answer is really that simple, then all of us should benefit from this truth you proclaim.

I'm not at all scared of the Truth I have arrived at logically. I'm not some idiot that closes my mind to everything I don't want to hear. I think, I use logic, I use reason, and I have faith...

Logic doesn't scare me. I am a Roman Catholic "believer." I'm also an accountant, so I have a lot of logical thought and skepticism in my blood. I am a very logical thinker who has arrived at the conclusion that the Catholic Church is my home here on earth.

logically speaking....belief in God can be explained logically...the divine creator of all things.... how far back can we find answers? i million years...2 billion years....can we ever go back to the beginning?? the VERY beginning I mean... something had to start this billiard effect of life... what I mean is...something had to start the chain reaction, set things into motion that created all life..planets..etc.. as we know it... would have to be a being much larger and greater than just man....
the belief of God..Gods..etc.... is not so much an illogical belief...as in the belief that POOF... some dust just happened to touch...combust and BAMB the earth and everything is here.... might sound good to you... and yes that could have been what happened... ( the big bang theory is quite believable in my opinion)... question is... who made the dust in the first place? God is just a good, rational answer as any :)

I believe in logical truth and divine truth. Both have nothing to do with each other.

Other than trying (unsuccessfully) to reverse a previous question...what truth are you talking about and how is it arrived at logically.

The copied question was far more thought out.

What? Your version of the truth or theirs? C'mon Spock, where are those legendary logic skills?

nothing scares me about "the truth"---i have just been spared too many times from death, so i decided that there is a higher power, which happens to be the christian God that wants me alive to serve some purpose....am i hurting anyone by doing that?
