Do you have cheese? Cheese is an awesome snack if you pair it with a piece of fruit or veg.
Cheese contains calcium, protein, and some fats. (fats in moderation are okay and will help keep you satieted to get you through to the next meal!) Add in a piece of fruit (fibre, minerals, vitamins, etc.) and you have a really good, well rounded snack!
Try:
Pears and gorgonzola.
Apples and swiss or cheddar.
Cheddar cubes and grapes.
Harvarti and strawberries.
Experiment! NExt time you are at the grocery store, pick out one or 2 different (new) cheese to try. Ever had smoked gouda? Amazing!

I love what I call a quick and dirty quesadilla. Just a tortilla, some cheddar, maybe a sprinkle of cumin. Nuke then fold it over. It keeps the hunger pangs away.

Cheese! Maybe a grilled cheese sandwich, or just a few slices of your favorite cheese with some crackers if you have any. If you don't have crackers I would still eat the cheese.
