If you want more than that, then you need to move on. Friends with benefits can be a good thing, but when he's with another girl and you find out about it, you will be crushed. Don't let this happen to yourself.

Make sure YOU are going to benefit from it. So ask him what type of benefits he is offering. If you don't like the benefits then it is no deal.
Also, just to warn you since this benefits are just from what he is telling you, there is nothing in writing that will guarantee what he is telling you...and one more thing, you may want to use your benefits one day and he won't show up. Don't be scared though and do whatever you want.

If it were me, I wouldn't do it. If you're already into the guy, having sex will only intensify those feelings. And since he doesn't want a girlfriend, you're only setting yourself up for heartbreak.

don't do it. you will just end up getting hurt. if he liked you he would want to date you. being friends with benefits basically means he gets to hook up with you but doesn't have to be your boyfriend. it's a nice way of him using you and you will end up hurt in the long run.
