I hope you find a very well paying job because ,
I see your future , and you giving the government large sums of $$$$$ .
Is there any chance you'll get a clue soon ?
Or will your fines help the rest of the taxpayers as you subsidize the government for us .
On behalf of all taxpayers , THANK - YOU ! !

hey bro, disregard what all these other idiots are saying. They seem to be as brain washed and biased as most. Fact of the matter, driving without a license is a FAR less of a penalty then actually driving on a suspended or revoked license. Most likely the result will be a minor ticket. I have lived in a variety of states and have gotten tickets for driving without a license, simply because in some instances I had lost my license from my original state and could not prove that I was licensed there. In fact in most instances the judge even happened to tell me that if I could get my license, they would give me time to do that and set another court date. If I were to get my license and prove to the court I had a valid license when I returned, they would drop the ticket. This option may be available to you so I would see what you could do to get your license if possible. Worse case scenario it will probably be just a ticket, until you start getting into your 3rd and 4th offenses, whereas they will most likely give you a couple days in jail. As far as the other people who answered you and tried to scare you.. they seem to me to be the same piece of **** cops/ law enforcement/ stick up their *** people I've dealt with a majority of my life, and laughed at them in the courtroom when my tickets or charges got dropped. and to all of you who are about to comment about how *HORRIBLE* it is to drive without a license you are only pissed because you jump through the hoops for the government.. not everyone feels the need to do so, so worry about your own life and step off mine. Fact is I have seen FAR worse drivers who actually have their licenses and SHOULD NOT, then the skill of people who don't have the option to have a license because of a biased cop and a system that doesn't work FOR the people. nuff said.

You really aren't clear on the offense itself. There is operating a motor vehicle unlicensed....and operating a motor vehicle without license in possession.

If you fall under the latter, not having the license in possession, most often the court will dismiss provided you show proof you were licensed when you received the ticket.

If you drove without having been issued a license, most likely court costs and fines and possibly probation...depending upon your state laws.

Best wishes.

You have endangered the public. The penalty is a fine of $5,000.00 and 1-5 years in prison. I hope you enjoy "chow". Do not leave your state because it will be seen as evading prosecution which carries additional penalties. Contact an attorney immediately, be prepared to shell out lots of cash.

if you HAVE a driver's license and are driving without it in your possession when pulled over, then you will get ticketed, andf unless you remedy the situation your license will likely be suspended or revoked. (suspended -- you can get it back after the suspension period, revoked -- taken away, never to be returned to you...BTW Suspensions and revocations are honoured across state lines...if i get suspended in oregon, then i am suspended in california, too

Other than a fine, you could go to jail. It's all up to the Judge.
