Life comes from a series of action and reaction.Single cells formed first and later developed.
The Hindu mythology explains it in a laymans word that the GOD too TEN AVATARS . The first one was water born life.(FISH) Next a being like a tortoise which can live in land and water, Then a wild boar,then half human half animal etc etc.
It is very difficult to explain it here in few words.
