His ego is through the roof, he keeps referring to himself as a "rockstar" and bragging about the details. "oh she gives good head" or "oh she gave me head in the bathroom, I'm a rockstar". Meanwhile he knows I haven't had sex for months, no luck, even though I've been trying. How do I deal with this guy's inflated ego, and how do I cope with it. It's really annoying.

You should be doing whatever he is doing. If he is acting like that to get the girls, maybe you shoudl start acting like that. Women like confidence and ego, and they also like jerks and assholes. You should go out with him to wherever he meets these girls, and watch him work. Instead of being jealous, you should learn from him.

If he's braggin about it its cuz theres really nothing to brag about and hes missing something important. Its not the quantity of women but the quality of women he gets. See how far this gets him when the one he really wants turns the other way cuz of his immoral ways and egotistical attitude. Karma...be patient and bite your tongue.

if you just be your self and stop trying to make a game with you two you might be getting some one night you never know by him been you roommate he should try having one of girls to bring a friend for you but just be your self it will help a lot but you also have to be real good in bed that might be one reason why you not getting no pu**y

Take a cue from him and learn how he talks to women. Ignore his rock-star talk or tell him to save it for someone who will be impressed. And for his own sake, remind him to wrap it up.

Ignore him. Go at your own pace. He may not be happy with that later in his life. Other people shouldn't affect your attitude that much. You know what's important for you.
