Especially on public? My friend met that man, and he had dirty nails, and every two minutes - in a cafe - he reaches to his balls and scratch - scratch them - then puts the hand into his mouth and gnaws the dirty nails. They sit there, and it goes on: scratch scratch - gnaw gnaw - scratch scratch - gnaw gnaw, so she gets up and goes.
He ran after her, and stopped her on the street, and asked her why she was leaving, and after he asked he scratched and gnawed...
She ran away and he e-mailed her that she had a bad, difficult
character.

I think this guy has some hygeine issues...fleas, crabs, or worse...
for those complaining about the hair, then shave! The only thing is you'll need to do it regularly, because "the boys" can get itchy when the hair gets to a certain point.

Don't judge all by actions of some; this is true of both men and women. He probably doesn't practice good personal hygiene and is turning over the lice or something. Pity him.

Because they itch! We females sometimes have to scratch too, but not as often. And when we do, everyone calls us names but it's ok for men to do it. Go figure.

Men do it for the same reason you women itch your crotches when you have your period than smell it in private. We just do it in public. Ever have that not so fresh feeling.....
