I know this one. They use molds. Say the chocolate bar has 16 chocolate squares making up the bar. The mold has 16 indents. Liquid chocolate is poured into the mold. It hardens. Caramel is squirted into each hole (a machine does this obviously). Then liquid chocolate is poured on top (this chocolate is actually the bottom of the bar - they make it upsidedown).

dethaws isn't a word. it's just thaws. and I think you mean irresistible. they do it in layers. a layer of chocolate, then the caramel, then another of chocolate. watch Discovery Channel, if you can. there's a show that explains how things are made. "How It's Made"
