Aching can be a symptom of many problems including depression, fibromyalgia, arthritis and more. Try to notice if the aches are primarily in your joints, your bones, your muscles or generalized all-over aches. Then see a doctor. And be persistent, don't let them give you the "you aren't getting any younger" or the "try some Tylenol" lines. The aching you have is too intense to be something normal. Make them listen to you.

You are at the age where Fibromyalgia attacks the body. It comes on suddenly just like it started for you. I have written an article about Fibromyalgia which will give you a great deal of information. It's too large to place here. I've enclosed a link where you can read about it.

After reading this go to your doctor and insist that they check the trigger points in your body, because that's the only way they can diagnose Fibromyalgia.

You might want to go have your doctor check you out for Fibromialgia. I have this and I can tell you from experience that it only gets worst. You will need to find a good neurologist who is knowledgeable with Fibromialgia to help you cope with the aches and pains on a day to day basis.
God bless you.

Might be your bed or I would suggest getting a massage to loosen up any stiff muscles. If you can afford it try mattress shopping and pick a good quality matress. A little money now and you have the bed for 25 years or more. If not try turning the matress over cause the springs might be worn out on one side.

Sounds like you have arthritis. Go check it out with your doctor.

I'm not sure what it could be but I think it's serious. You need to go see your doctor.
