I have a network with all WinXP PC's on a Windows 2000 server. Can I add a PC with Windows Vista?

Yes, if you have the right 'level (rather sure it's Home Advanced & above only == i.e. Home Basic won't allow log-in)

Oh - and I expect you have to be running Native Active Directory mode (rather than NT Compatible mode) on the Server

Why not vist the Microsoft web site where this and all other VISTA compatability questions have already been answered ?

Yup.

It'll be just as easy to set up as any PC running Windows XP.

Here's a link to a tutorial using Vista's Network Center.

You'll need your IT person, or someone with Administrator access to the server, to set up your account.
