i have osteoarthritus, whats a good topical cream???

i'm looking for a good cream that really works, especially for the stiffness in my fingers....

The one physical therapists recommend is BIO-FREEZE. Also, I have found that wearing soft, snug gloves at night keeps my fingers from being so stiff and painful in the morning.
